Robynne Jeisman

CEO & Founder

Robynne Jeisman has worked for over 23 years in Australia, the US, Thailand, and India, with high-risk adolescents experiencing homelessness, juvenile justice, sexual exploitation & trafficking, mental health issues and addiction. Working in Community Service Organizations, local community groups, & high schools, she demonstrates a heart for youth needing a place to call home, and to feel a sense of belonging in our ever-changing world.

Robynne has had a passion for positive and creative housing options for underserved youth for many years. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is the Founder & CEO of Turntable; a registered 501(c)3 not for profit providing housing and support for youth in transition. Turntable facilitates healthy options for youth to share life with people in the community and grow from strength to strength.

Live music, time with friends and family, reading, movies and taking every opportunity to get outdoors, are all top of Robynne’s list for fun! Unity and community are central to Robynne's call to urban poverty, and she enjoys seeing "new things" take place in people’s lives.

Yvonne Padilla Chew

Yvonne has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years, where she has served marginalized communities in Southern California and San Francisco in various capacities.  With a Bachelor's degree in Social Ecology (and an emphasis in Psychology and Social Behavior), Yvonne has always been concerned with social equity. 

Recently, she graduated with a Masters in Theology, which has encouraged her to dive deeper into being a part of the healing and restoration of her San Francisco community, especially where concerning youth. She has a huge heart for those involved in foster care and serves as a coach for a local nonprofit. She also has a passion to walk alongside youth, helping them discover all that they were created to be.

Yvonne and her husband currently reside in San Francisco and believe that God has given them both a heart for healing through hospitality. They love to cook together and are always ready to play board games. They also love to play tennis, grab a boba with friends, dance, hike, listen to/ play music, eat delicious food, and read a lot of fantasy fiction.

 

Brutus Lo, CPCU, ARM

Professionally, Brutus Lo has held senior positions in business development and consulting in technology-driven industries.  He is currently a Senior Vice President at Marsh, Inc., the largest global risk and insurance advisory company.  Growing up in a family whose parents had gone through the most tumultuous time in China, he has a strong empathy towards people who are from economically disadvantaged communities. 

Brutus was the first of all his siblings to obtain a college education, and he is actively involved in community services.  Committed to empowering young people to succeed in today’s ever-changing environment Brutus Lo helps them to have a strong personal identity and learning mindset.

Kristy Montague, Social Worker

Kristy Montague (she/her) has spent over a decade working in Social Work with various minority populations. Starting with women experiencing incarceration, transgender folx, families experiencing homelessness, survivors of sexual assault, former foster youth and finally pregnant and parenting adolescents. She is passionate about social justice and currently in the process of receiving a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Welfare of Children and Families from the top MSW Program in the United States at the University of Michigan.

As a former San Francisco and Oakland resident, Kristy is honored to be a part of Turntable. The unique needs that Turntable is able to meet by supporting young people physically, emotionally, and spiritually is something that is essential in providing youth services that are holistic and centered on transformation of the whole person. Kristy looks forward to the continued growth and development of Turntable in order to make a further impact in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Yolanda Siegmueller

Yolanda Siegmueller is a passionate traveller and a connector of people. With an innate ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions, she dedicated her career to strategic communication and change management consulting. Originally from The Grenadines, Yolanda moved to England at an early age where she studied Law and Business Administration.

Her professional journey has seen her play a key role in significant change and transformation programs across various esteemed institutions including the UK Parliament, Home Office, Ministry of Justice, T-Mobile UK, and several notable non-profit organizations. Yolanda brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to her role on Turntable's board, where she looks forward to helping clients and the team achieve their God-given mission.

 

Sable Horton, CEO of Shades of Beauty

Sable is the CEO and Founder of Shades of Beauty, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to providing discipleship and mentoring for youth and young adults. Sable is also the Founder of House of Mercy, a Kingdom Movement dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God through the word of God, creative worship, and sacrificial love.

Sable has worked in the nonprofit sector with some of the most vulnerable populations in the Bay Area for the last 10 years and urban youth ministry for the last 7 years. She currently works as a CSEC Residential Counselor, a CSEC Training Specialist, educating hundreds of people per month about commercially sexually exploited youth, as well as advocates on a state and national level regarding policies surrounding protecting youth and vulnerable populations.
